Mosaik is not a CRM. Most real estate CRMs are focused on lead generation and/or lead conversion. Mosaik kicks in when a lead becomes a client and helps ensure every client makes it to the closing table. Then, when the transaction closes, instead of routing back to your CRM and letting “past clients” become leads again, they stay lifelong clients in Mosaik and are nurtured as such.

Most Mosaik users have a CRM and use Mosaik as their CEP (client experience platform), while greatly reducing the rest of their tech stack.

Mosaik is generally available nationwide. If we aren’t already in your local market, we will work with you during the activation process to connect with your MLS and configure your account to any market-specific nuances. 

That said, we limit the number of Mosaik subscriptions we offer per market. Please contact sales@mosaik.io to see if subscriptions are still available in your market.

4. Act as a true partner: We aim to work closely with you, both during activation and on an ongoing basis, to maximize your success with the platform.

If you’re a solo agent who works completely on your own (or with only one other transaction coordinator, administrative assistant, etc.), the solo plan is the best fit for you.

If you’re a team of three or more (between agents, transaction coordinators, etc.), the team plan is best for you. 

If you’re a brokerage, but operate like a team, the team plan is usually the right fit. 

If you’re a brokerage with independent agents managing their own books of business, the enterprise plan would be the right match. 

Mosaik is also designed to scale up or down as needed, so rest assured you can always change your plan if your business needs evolve.

Mosaik plans are structured and priced by “seat”, with a seat being any full-time or part-time member of your team or business (agents, transaction coordinators, listing coordinators, administrative assistants, operational personnel, etc.). Client, vendor, and third-party collaborator invitations are unlimited.

By signing up for accessing Mosaik, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. 

Outside of that, there are no contracts you’re locked into. We believe that earning your business is a daily mission and not a one-time effort. Accordingly, you have the freedom to walk away from Mosaik at any time if you decide it’s not the right fit for your business.

If you’re on a monthly plan, you can cancel any time and your cancellation will take effect at the end of your monthly billing period.

If you’re on an annual plan, you can cancel any time and your cancellation will take effect at the end of the annual billing period (annual pre-payments are not refundable). 

Activation fees are non-refundable.

You can cancel directly from your account at any time or by contacting us at support@mosaik.io. 

You will retain access to your account until the end of your billing cycle, during which you can export any files that you want to move out of Mosaik.

Our integration list is evolving (and we’re happy to consider new integration requests). Please reach out to us at sales@mosaik.io if you have a specific integration need or question so we can provide the most accurate and up-to-date answer.

You can get started with Mosaik pretty quickly. Time frames on setting up property search functionality can vary by MLS, but the Mosaik activation team will handle all of the heavy-lifting for you as it relates to the MLS integration and keep you posted every step of the way. There are other feature sets you can get started with right away and in parallel (such as transaction management). 

As part of the activation process, we also offer white-glove support to help you customize your account to support the unique needs of your business (such as your templates, vendor list, etc.). 

In other words, we understand that introducing a new system into your business can feel like a big undertaking (especially with everything else on your plate) and we strongly believe that your technology (and technology partners) should make your life easier. Accordingly, we tailor our activation process to get you up and running in a way that requires minimal lift from your end. We also offer both on-demand and live training as you get comfortable with the platform. 

After the initial activation, you will have lifetime access to optimization support if you ever need to tweak your templates, optimize your workflows, etc. and technical support if you ever run into any questions or concerns.

We have a growing list of MLS’s we integrate with. That said, if we don’t integrate with your MLS currently, we are happy to work with them to set up an integration for you. There are no additional fees we charge to do this. While we are integrating your MLS, you will have access to all other Mosaik functionality.

Yes, Mosaik can be used to manage both buy-side transactions and listings. 

Similar to transaction management, you can use Mosaik to manage projects within your business. This includes, but isn’t limited to, managing client appreciation events, marketing campaigns, recruiting, onboarding, etc. The project management capabilities are similar to that of transaction management - templates, task management, key date tracking, reminders, and the ability to collaborate with project stakeholders.

Absolutely! Transaction and project templates can be customized to your specific tasks lists, timelines, etc. We’re happy to help you do this during the activation process or thereafter. You’ll also have the ability to do this yourself anytime.

Yes, there are two ways Mosaik can be used for e-signatures: 

Self-Service: with this method, you have the ability to upload forms, documents, etc., drag and drop fields, and save your own templates. Mosaik does not directly manage the forms or updates on your behalf. This capability is available to all agents and teams on Mosaik and can typically replace other e-signature platforms. 

Managed Forms: with this method, Mosaik receives forms directly from your association. We handle templating the forms, managing updates, and, whenever possible, creating interactive templates that make the forms more engaging for clients. While there is no additional cost to you for this service, it is limited to select markets. Please feel free to contact us at sales@mosaik.io to see if this is available in your market.

Yes, absolutely! In fact, by including your past clients in Mosaik from the get-go, you can immediately begin nurturing your database and surfacing hidden opportunities (listings, referrals, etc.).

Mosaik can provide analytics and reporting around volume, financials (GCI, net income, etc.), client activity, market activity, and team productivity. Mosaik also leverages behavioral pattern analysis to help you identify opportunities (for example: clients looking to transact again) and risks (for example: clients that may be getting cold feet) within your database and your business.
